It is necessary

  • For 12 pieces:
  • - 8 eggs;
  • - 330 g of sugar;
  • - 200 g flour;
  • - 7 tsp baking powder;
  • - 70 g of cocoa powder;
  • - 180 g butter;
  • - 2 tbsp. hot water.
  • For the cream:
  • - 320 ml whipping cream;
  • - 4 tablespoons icing sugar.
  • For the chocolate ganache:
  • - 400 g of dark chocolate;
  • - 320 ml cream 20%.

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lay out the muffins with special baking cuffs or simply grease them with butter.

Step 2

Melt the butter in the microwave or in a water bath. Set aside so that it cools down a little. In the meantime, beat the eggs with a mixer, adding sugar in a spoon.

Step 3

Sift flour with cocoa and baking powder. Add the dry mixture to the beaten eggs, pour in the melted butter there, mix quickly until smooth and pour into prepared forms. Put in the oven for 12-15 minutes and then cool on the wire rack.

Step 4

For the ganache in a saucepan, heat the cream with broken chocolate over medium heat. Stir to dissolve the chocolate. As soon as we have achieved uniformity, remove the ganache from the heat and cool it a little. At this time, whip the chilled cream with the addition of powdered sugar to sandwich the muffins.

Step 5

We cut the cooled products in half, grease both halves with cream, fasten, pour with ganache and put in the refrigerator for several hours.
