You will need:
- Kefir 250 ml
- Premium flour 300 g
- Eggs 3 pcs.
- Apples 3 pcs.
- Bananas 2 pcs.
- Granulated sugar 250 g
- Soda 2 tsp

- Vegetable oil (it is better to use olive oil) 0.5 cups

Grind the oatmeal in a coffee grinder or use a meat grinder.
Mash the peeled bananas with a blender or mash with a fork. Peel and seed apples, chop on a coarse grater or cut into strips. Also, such a cake can be cooked in a multicooker on the "baking" mode. It is easy to remove the cake by simply tipping the pan onto a flat dish and tapping on the bottom. Cover the top of the cake with powdered sugar. To prevent such a cake from stale, it is better to store it under cling film.
Open apple-banana pie with sour cream filling
To prepare the dough, finely grate 80 g of chilled butter, add 250 g of sifted flour, a pinch of salt and rub the mixture with your hands into small crumbs.
