A wonderful drink in which tastes change - starting from sweet and very bright, then refreshing mint and then aromatic strawberry taste, unexpectedly spicy. Hot Strawberry Smoothie refreshes and nourishes with vitamins - try it!
It is necessary
- - 200 g of strawberries;
- - 200 g of cherries;
- - 100 g of mint;
- - 50 g of brown sugar, cream of 33% fat;
- - 20 g of dark chocolate, ginger root;
- - 1 lime.
Instructions
Step 1
Rub a piece of ginger root on a grater, squeeze the juice from the resulting mass. Rinse fresh strawberries, dry on paper towels, and blend with ginger juice. Taste it - if the strawberry itself is sweet, then you do not need to add sugar. But if required, add sugar at your discretion. The combination of sweet strawberries and ginger is very original.
Step 2
Place the strawberry puree in a glass. Finely chop fresh peppermint, cover it with sugar, send it to a blender along with juice from one lime, add cream, punch until smooth. Place a mint layer on top of the strawberry puree.
Step 3
Rinse fresh ripe cherries, free each berry from the seeds, beat until smooth with a blender. This is the third layer of our thick healthy drink - put it on top of the mint puree.
Step 4
Melt hot chocolate in a water bath or microwave. Decorate the edges of the glass with liquid chocolate. Garnish with strawberries or cherries on top, you can decorate with mint leaves, serve immediately.
