We offer you a recipe for an incredibly fragrant cake made from cookies and barberry caramels. It turns out the pie is very tasty, you have hardly ever tried such unusual pastries.
It is necessary
- - 300 g of lingering cookies;
- - 150 g butter;
- - 100 g of caramel barberry;
- - half a glass of water;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar;
- - raisins, dried apricots, prunes;
- - soda, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the barberry caramels in a bowl, cover them with water, put in the microwave for two minutes, or boil on the stove in a saucepan until the candies are completely dissolved. Pass the cookies through a meat grinder, and melt the butter and cool.
Step 2
Add pre-cooled caramel water to the cookies. Beat in the same chicken eggs, butter, add sugar and soda. Knead the pie dough with these ingredients. At this stage, you can add any dried fruits you like - soak them in water and chop them with a sharp knife. But you can do without them.
Step 3
Smear a baking dish with butter, put the dough in it, flatten. Bake the barberry pie for 10-20 minutes at 180 degrees - the exact cooking time depends on the thickness of the dough, so check the readiness with a wooden stick or toothpick.
Step 4
Cool the finished cake beforehand, remove it from the mold, cut into portions, serve with unsweetened tea without aromatic additives, since the cake itself turns out to be sweet and aromatic.
