- - peas 150 g;
- - potatoes 2 pcs;
- - cherry plum or green plum 2 pcs;
- - onion 1 pc;
- - parsley root 1 pc;
- - saffron;
- - bay leaf, pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Sort the peas, rinse well, add water and leave for 30-40 minutes. Pour saffron with cold water and let it brew for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Rinse the lamb and dry with paper towels, cut into large enough pieces. Pour water into a saucepan and put on fire. When the water boils, put the meat and cook over medium heat, skimming off the foam. Season the broth with salt and pepper, add bay leaves and parsley root. After 10 minutes, remove the bay leaf and root. Pour peas into boiling broth and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Peel and dice the potatoes and onions. Pour the cherry plum or plum over with boiling water, remove the skin and cut into slices. Add potatoes, onions and cherry plum to the pan.
Step 4
Sort the barberry, rinse thoroughly and add to the saucepan. Pour in the soaked saffron. Salt to taste. When soup boils, remove from heat. Pour into a tureen and leave under the lid for 15-20 minutes.
