Meat is on the menu of most people, because it is an exceptionally natural and very rich source of protein that a healthy body needs for normal functioning. If you don't like pork or beef, prepare chicken fillet dishes.

It is necessary

  • For rolls:
  • - 3 chicken fillets (breast);
  • - 500 g of champignons;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - 1/2 tsp ground white pepper;
  • - salt;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • For fillet under "fur coat":
  • - 400 g chicken fillet (breast);
  • - 1 tomato;
  • - 1 small bell pepper;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - 100 g of unsweetened hard cheese;
  • - 80 g of 15% sour cream;
  • - 1 tbsp. table mustard;
  • - 1/3 tsp mixture of three peppers;
  • - salt;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • For the salad:
  • - 300 g chicken thigh fillet;
  • - 50 g flour;
  • - 3 sheets of Chinese salad;
  • - 1 red and green bell pepper each;
  • - 1 small carrot;
  • - 1 red onion;
  • - 30 g of cilantro and green onions;
  • Marinade:
  • - 50 ml each of soy sauce and sesame oil;
  • - 25 g of honey;
  • Sauce:
  • - 80 ml each soy sauce and lemon juice;
  • - 10 ml sesame oil;
  • - 1 tsp each grated garlic and ginger root;
  • - 1/2 tsp Sahara;
  • - a pinch of red pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Chicken fillet rolls with mushrooms

Wash the meat and pat dry with a towel. Slice the fillets lengthwise with a sharp knife and lightly beat off the pieces with a hammer. Rub them with salt and pepper. Chop the mushrooms, peel and finely chop the onion. Saute the onions in vegetable oil for a couple of minutes, add the mushrooms to it and cook for 5-10 minutes until the liquid evaporates.

Step 2

Place the filling on the beaten meat, spread in an even layer and roll into rolls. Tie them with coarse thread in several places to prevent them from turning around during cooking. Fry the bundles in hot oil until golden brown over high heat, then place in an ovenproof dish and bake for 15-20 minutes at 190oC.

Step 3

Chicken fillet covered with vegetables

Cut the fillets into equal slices, beat, rub with a mixture of peppers and salt and leave for 30-40 minutes. Fry the chicken pieces quickly at maximum temperature in vegetable oil until golden brown. Place them in a baking dish or baking sheet.

Step 4

Cut the onion into half rings, the tomato into circles, and the pepper into strips. Cover the meat with layers of vegetables in the order shown. Stir 2/3 of the grated cheese well with sour cream and a pinch of salt. Gently spread the "fur coat" with the resulting mass and sprinkle with the remaining cheese shavings. Place the food in a hot (200oC) oven for 20 minutes.

Step 5

Oriental salad with chicken fillet

Cut the fillets into long cubes 1, 5-2 cm thick, roll in flour and cover with sesame oil, soy sauce and honey marinade for 20 minutes. Then fry the meat until tender and cool. Combine it in a deep bowl with flakes of Chinese salad, strips of bell peppers, carrots and red onions, 3-4 cm long green onion tubes and chopped cilantro.

Step 6

Combine the grated ginger and garlic with soy sauce, lemon juice and sesame oil, and season the sauce with sugar and paprika. Drizzle over the chicken and vegetables and gently toss the salad with two spoons or forks.
