After that, it must be quickly cooled and beaten with a mixer at maximum speed until the mass becomes airy. Serve with milk or just like that.

Baking from semolina is easy to prepare, but it turns out to be very tender and melt in your mouth. There are a lot of options for making manna, and here is one of them. You will need:

- 1 tbsp. decoys, - 1 tbsp. flour,

- 1 tbsp brown sugar

- a little vanillin (you can add lemon zest)

- 100 gr. butter

- 1 tbsp of kefir (baked milk, fermented baked milk)

- 0.5 tsp salt

- 0.5 tsp citric acid

- 1 tsp baking soda.

You can add cocoa (carob), pre-soaked raisins, poppy seeds, nuts, chopped apples.

Cooking is as easy as shelling pears: mix dry ingredients, rub in butter, pour in kefir. Put the resulting dough on a baking sheet sprinkled with semolina. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180-200 degrees.

An easy-to-prepare and tasty dish - cheese cakes with semolina. In order for their recipe, it is enough to add semolina instead of flour, or add it instead of part of the flour. In addition to the fact that this way the cheesecakes will keep their shape better, they will turn out more magnificent and tender.
