Poultry eggs are undoubtedly one of the most nutritious and healthy foods. It doesn't matter if you prefer chicken eggs or tiny quail eggs - the eggs of absolutely all birds are edible and very tasty. By the way, the myth about the special benefits of quail eggs is nothing more than a cunning marketing ploy that allows you to sell the product at a higher price.

Before proceeding with the instructions for boiling soft-boiled eggs, it is worth recalling the main rules that should be followed.

On a note

1. Use a small to medium-sized container for boiling eggs. In a disproportionately large saucepan, they can break on each other.

2. Do not boil eggs over high heat, medium is sufficient.

3. Excessive duration of the cooking process can lead to the fact that the egg yolk turns black, and the protein turns into something that looks like rubber.

4. Use a clock or timer to determine the level of cooked eggs. As good as you feel the time, there is always the possibility of being wrong. And in the case of eggs, every minute counts.

5. Cook fresh eggs for no more than four days for three minutes less - they come to a state of readiness faster.

6. Remove the eggs to be boiled from the refrigerator in advance. Temperature contrast can cause eggs to burst when immersed in boiling water.

Take a small saucepan and pour enough water into it so that it covers all the eggs. Put the container on fire and wait for the water to boil. Then slowly and gently dip the eggs into boiling water. You can use a tablespoon to keep the eggs intact. Take the device, place an egg on it and gently insert it into the water. This will keep your fingers and your breakfast intact. Eggs should stay in boiling water for no more than one minute. After the allotted time, remove the pan from the heat and, covered with a lid, wait six minutes. This trick will allow you to achieve softness of the yolk and protein. By varying the waiting time, you can adjust the degree of their density.

In this cooking option, the sequence of actions changes, but the result remains consistently good. Place the eggs in a saucepan, cover them with cold water and put the saucepan over the fire. In this case, the fire can be raised to the maximum. As you will see that the water begins to bubble, turn the heat down slightly. The cooking time to obtain liquid protein and yolk will be three minutes. If you are uncomfortable with liquid protein, then boil the eggs for four minutes. For an additional minute, the protein will have time to grab, and the yolk will retain its previous consistency. By the way, if the cooking duration is extended to five minutes, then you can get an egg in a bag, but that's another story. Bon Appetit!
