Summer is in full swing, and many are already starting to harvest their crops. If you have ripe cucumbers, then I suggest pickling them in a rather unusual way - in a bag. This method is simple, as they say, to disgrace. Lightly salted cucumbers cooked in a bag are very tasty and aromatic. Try it!
It is necessary
- - cucumbers - 1 kg;
- - parsley;
- - dill;
- - garlic - 1-2 cloves;
- - salt - 1 tablespoon.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the vegetables thoroughly, then cut off the ends of the cucumbers on both sides.
Step 2
Then cut each cucumber so that 4 wedges are formed. Put the chopped vegetables in a fairly deep bowl and cover with cold water. In this form, they should lie for at least 30 minutes and no more than 2 hours. Thanks to this procedure, lightly salted cucumbers in the package are crispy and not at all bitter.
Step 3
Chop the dill and parsley, after washing, into pieces. Note that it is best to pick the greens with your hands rather than chop them with a knife. When cutting, it emits a fairly large amount of moisture, which in the future may adversely affect its taste.
Step 4
Then add the garlic cloves passed through the garlic press to the greens. They will add a spicy note of taste to lightly salted cucumbers in a bag.
Step 5
Remove the sliced cucumbers from cold water and transfer to a pre-made plastic bag. Sprinkle them with salt and a mixture of herbs and garlic. After tying the bag, shake it well. Thus, the contents are mixed and the salting is evenly distributed over the vegetables.
Step 6
Place the package with vegetables in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Lightly salted cucumbers in the package are ready!
