Lightly salted cucumbers are popular on the table at any time of the year. The method of salting them is quite simple and does not require much time and effort.

It is necessary
- - fresh cucumbers;
- - salt;
- - peppercorns;
- - garlic;
- - Bay leaf;
- - young green dill;
- - packing package.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking cucumbers for salting. Wash them well and clean them on both sides, cutting off the back and front. This will allow the salt to penetrate the vegetable better. I wash the dill twigs under cold water.
Step 2
We clean the garlic from the scales, cut into thin plates. The bay leaf is well washed, by the way, it can be thrown into boiling water for a few seconds, so all its aroma and spice will be better felt.
Step 3
We take a regular packaging plastic bag and put our cucumbers there. Then we throw in the dill with twigs, chopped garlic, bay leaf and peppercorns. Pour a few pinches of salt into the bag.
Step 4
We tie the bag and mix all the contents well just by shaking the bag in our hands. We put everything in the refrigerator for a day. The next day, you can take out the cucumbers and serve them either cut or whole.
