- - 1 kg of cucumbers;
- - greens to taste (currant and cherry leaves, parsley, dill, horseradish, etc.);
- - head of garlic;
- - spices to choose from (black peppercorns, allspice, cloves, etc.);
- - 1 tbsp. l. salt;
- - 2 plastic bags.

Step 1
To cook deliciously salted cucumbers, you will need young cucumbers that have just been picked from the garden, preferably gherkins. But if there are none, large ones can be cut into several pieces of 2-3 cm long. Wash the cucumbers, be sure to cut off the ends at both ends. Put in a plastic bag.
Step 2
Wash the greens too, cut them, but not very finely. Place the cherry leaves whole. Chop the garlic. Put greens in a bag too, and also salt. Shake several times and tie. If the bag is thin, place it in another one for safety. And tie it too. Leave the cucumbers to salt at room temperature.
Step 3
The crispy salted cucumbers will be ready within 4-5 hours, but keep them in the refrigerator later if you don't eat them right away. The fact that they lie down longer, their taste will become even richer.
