Beetroot, spinach and asparagus, which practically do not contain calories, come to help those who lose weight and everyone who constantly monitors their figure, and a piquant sauce dressing will help to supplement them with a fresh taste.

- - 120 g asparagus
- - 120 g spinach
- - 2 avocados
- - sesame
- - garlic
- - shallot
- - rice vinegar, olive oil, salt, ginger root

Step 1
Rinse the beets well, thoroughly clean them of dirt and wrap them in foil. Send the vegetables to the oven, pre-heated to 180 degrees, for 1.5 hours. Cooked beets will pierce well with a wooden skewer or toothpick.

Cool and peel, then chop into small slices or wedges. Now boil the asparagus by tossing it in salted boiling water for 4-5 minutes. After the time has passed, quickly transfer the asparagus to ice water and cool. Divide the asparagus shoots into 2-3 longitudinal parts.
Step 3
Fry the sesame seeds in a dry skillet, stirring constantly, until the seeds are golden brown. Rinse and dry, or simply shake off excess moisture well, spinach. Peel and chop the avocado into small slices. Peel and finely grate the ginger root, also chop the shallots and garlic.
Step 4
Next, combine all the ingredients prepared for the sauce and stir vigorously. Put all the ingredients for the salad in a bowl and season with ginger sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
