It is necessary

  • For ten servings:
  • - 500 g fresh asparagus;
  • - 250 g fresh spinach;
  • - 50 g butter;
  • - 2 liters of water;
  • - 1/3 cup white rice;

  • - 1 onion, 1 carrot;
  • - 1 glass of heavy cream;
  • - nutmeg, pepper, salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Melt the butter in a skillet. Put the chopped onion head, fry over medium heat until transparent. Add chopped spinach, cook for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally. The spinach should wrinkle slightly.

Step 2

Pour broth or water into a saucepan, bring to a boil. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes or strips, add to boiling water. Send carrots cut into strips (you can grate them on a coarse grater), raw rice and chopped fresh asparagus there. Salt the contents of the pot to your liking. Bring to a boil again, reduce heat, cook for 20 minutes, until rice with vegetables is tender.
