Sorrel has been known to the Russian people for a very long time, but then it was considered a weed, and it was not used in cooking for a long time. Today, this plant is treated in a completely different way, and is also widely used in the preparation of liquid dishes and snacks.
It is necessary
- - 2 stalks of stalked celery
- - 2 tsp currant jam
- - salt, white pepper, garlic, dill, parsley, cumin
- - 100 g spinach
- - 1 tbsp. cream
- - 200 g lettuce
- - 100 g sorrel
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the leaves of lettuce, spinach and sorrel under running cool water, shake off excess liquid. To make the sorrel and spinach greens softer and softer, remove the petioles with a sharp knife. Cut all the greens into thin strips, and finely chop the parsley, celery and dill after rinsing. Peel the garlic and chop with a press.
Step 2
Put all the greens together with the garlic in one deep bowl, season with salt with white pepper and stir lightly, not crushing the greens too much. Cover the salad bowl with plastic wrap and let sit for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Prepare the dressing by combining currant jam with olive oil and low-fat cream in a separate bowl. Add salt, white pepper and cumin to this mixture. Stir and whisk the salad dressing slightly.
Step 4
Remove the film, stir the salad again and serve. Serve the dressing separately.
