- For four servings:
- - spinach, seaweed - 100 g each;
- - sorrel, frieze salad - 50 g each;
- - sunflower oil - 50 ml;
- - chives - 20 g;
- - two carrots;
- - half a lemon;
- - honey, hot mustard, black pepper, salt - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the carrots, cut into thin noodles using a vegetable cutter. If you decide to cut it with a knife, then cut it into thin strips.
Step 2
Tear the frize salad into small bunches. Cut thin onion arrows into long strips.
Step 3
Combine honey, lemon juice, hot mustard, sunflower oil in a bowl. It turned out a dressing sauce for the salad, it remains to pepper and salt it to taste.
Step 4
Combine frisee salad with sorrel and spinach, add chives strips, carrot straws, Japanese green seaweed. Season the prepared vegetarian salad with the sauce and serve immediately. Bon Appetit!
