It is necessary

  • 500 grams of seaweed
  • a jar of canned corn,
  • 8 crab sticks,
  • two fresh cucumbers,
  • two chicken eggs (you can take quail),
  • three tablespoons of mayonnaise,
  • fresh parsley.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the seaweed into small strips; if it is small, then you do not need to cut it. We put the cabbage in a colander and wait until all the liquid drains.

Step 2

Boil the eggs for seven minutes. Instead of chicken eggs, you can take quail eggs, the boiling time for quail eggs is five minutes. Cool the boiled eggs (put them in cold water, so they cool down faster), peel and cut into slices or large cubes.

Step 3

Cut the crab sticks into thin strips or cubes (whoever wants to). Peel the cucumber and cut into thin cubes. Drain the liquid from the canned corn.

Step 4

We divide all the ingredients for the salad equally, into as many parts as there are portioned plates. Put a portion of corn and cucumber on each plate. In the middle, a portion of seaweed, in which we make a depression. Put a portion of crab sticks and eggs on the cabbage. We decorate the salad with mayonnaise (it is better if it is homemade) or sour cream. Don't forget about the parsley sprigs. Serve the salad.
