Seaweed is a storehouse of iodine for the body. Iodine is essential for the thyroid gland. Seaweed can be eaten in the form in which it is sold in stores, or you can make a salad from it.
It is necessary
- - 150-200 gr. pickled seaweed;
- - 5-7 tablespoons of canned corn;
- - 80-100 gr. crab sticks or crab meat;
- - 1 medium fresh cucumber;
- - Bulgarian pepper;
- - sugar;
- - sunflower or olive oil.
Instructions
Step 1
First, let's start preparing the individual components. Take a seaweed and chop it.
Step 2
Open a jar of canned corn, drain the liquid.
Step 3
Wash the cucumber, pat dry and slice thinly.
Step 4
Cooking bell peppers for salad. It must be washed well and allowed to dry. Cut the pepper into 2 halves and remove the seeds from each. Cut the pepper itself into thin strips.
Step 5
Cut the crab sticks into small pieces. If you don't have crab sticks, you can substitute crab meat for them.
Step 6
Now we shape everything into a salad. Combine all ingredients in a bowl: corn, pepper, seaweed, crab sticks and cucumber.
Step 7
Stir the salad. Add a pinch of sugar to taste. You will most likely not need to add salt to the salad, as the seaweed contains enough salt.
Step 8
Season the salad with oil, stir and serve.
