The salad with smoked halibut and seaweed turns out to be hearty and spicy. Preparing is elementary, if all the products are prepared in advance, you will not spend more than fifteen minutes on cooking the salad.
It is necessary
- - 200 g of smoked halibut;
- - 100 g of seaweed;
- - 3 potatoes;
- - 1 onion;
- - 4 tbsp. spoons of sweet corn;
- - half a can of olives;
- - olive oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in advance in their skins, then cool and peel. Cut into small cubes. Peel the onions too, chop them finely.
Step 2
Cut the smoked halibut into cubes the same size as the potato cubes. Mix together the potatoes, fish, and onions.
Step 3
Drain all the liquid from the canned corn - you won't need it for the salad, but send the corn itself to the prepared ingredients. Add the seaweed and mix.
Step 4
Remove the olives from the jar, cut into thin rings, send to the rest of the salad ingredients.
Step 5
The salad with smoked halibut and seaweed is almost ready, it is seasoned with olive oil to taste. There is no need to salt the salad - seaweed and olives themselves are salty. But you can pepper with black or red pepper to taste.
Step 6
Serve the prepared salad immediately. If you do not plan to use it right away, then just prepare all the products, put them in a hermetically sealed container and put them in the refrigerator, then all that remains is to fill the salad with oil.
