Step 1
We wash the chicken breasts, remove the skin and fat. Separate the fillet from the seeds and saturate the excess moisture with a towel, paper or linen. Fry the chicken fillet in a pan with the addition of 2 tablespoons of olive oil until tender. Put on a plate and let cool.

The mixture of lettuce leaves must be rinsed and dried.

Wash the celery and cut into slices 1-1.5 cm thick. Peel the carrots, wash and cut into thin strips.

In order to make a salad dressing, you need to combine vinegar, pepper, mustard, sugar, remaining olive oil, salt in a separate bowl and beat thoroughly with a whisk.
