Chicken salad with grapes, capers and nuts is prepared in half an hour. Since boiled chicken that has been stored in the refrigerator for more than a day becomes dry, we recommend boiling it just before preparing this salad.

- For four servings:
- - chicken breast - 400 g;
- - water - 5 glasses;
- - mayonnaise - 1/3 cup;
- - natural yogurt - 1/3 cup;
- - grapes red, white, green, black - 1/4 cup each;
- - pecans - 1/2 cup;
- - salt, capers, Dijon mustard, pepper - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil chicken breasts in salted water, cool, cut into cubes.
Step 2
Mix mayonnaise with Dijon mustard and natural yogurt.
Step 3
Cut the grapes into halves, add chicken, dried capers, pecans.
Step 4
Season with mayonnaise mixture, season with pepper and salt to taste. The chicken salad is ready to serve!
