This salad is delicious, albeit simple, hearty, protein-rich. Capers give the salad a special piquancy, it must be cooked with them - there is nothing to replace capers here.
It is necessary
- - 1 chicken fillet;
- - 150 g beans;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 fresh cucumber;
- - 2 teaspoons of capers;
- - mayonnaise, pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
First, boil the chicken fillet in salted water until tender, cool completely. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, pour them over with ice water, peel them. Rinse the fresh cucumber, remove the tails, if the skin is rough, you can peel it.
Step 2
Take canned or boiled white beans. If you have canned beans, drain all the liquid from it, and soak the usual one for a couple of hours in water, then boil until soft in clean water with a low boil.
Step 3
You can cut the chicken or cut it by hand into fibrous pieces. Add chopped cucumbers and eggs, and canned or boiled white beans. Add capers, you can add more capers - it's a matter of taste. Add them whole. Season the salad with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Season the chicken salad with capers and beans with a small amount of mayonnaise, do not add much, otherwise the ingredients will start to “float”. Transfer the salad to a salad bowl, decorate as you like, serve. It is not required to insist the salad in the refrigerator; it must be eaten freshly prepared.
