Surprisingly juicy and tender lamb meat can be found in different recipes. After all, there are thousands of different flavor combinations, hundreds of different dishes and dozens of ways to prepare this meat. The lamb makes an excellent hearty stew, which is recommended to be supplemented with green beans and beans.
It is necessary
- For eight servings:
- - 2 kg of lamb meat;
- - 800 g cannellini beans;
- - 600 g frozen green beans;
- - 100 ml of white wine;
- - 100 ml of olive oil;
- - 50 g of wheat flour;
- - 20 g of parsley;
- - 1 onion, 1 lemon, 1 head of garlic;
- - black pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Coarsely chop the lamb from the thigh or shoulder blade, and roll out the pieces of meat in a mixture of salt, pepper and flour.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a deep saucepan. Get a saucepan that will fit in your oven.
Step 3
Fry the lamb until crusty with chopped onion and garlic. Then pour in the wine, add zest and lemon juice. Pour in water to cover the meat.
Step 4
Bring to a boil, cover with foil, punch holes in it, put in the oven for 2 hours. Cook at 180 degrees.
Step 5
Remove the meat, mix it with the frozen beans, washed canned cannellini, put on fire, cook together for 5 minutes.
