It is necessary

    • boiled smoked bacon - 300 g;
    • green beans (fresh or frozen) - 200 g;
    • pork tenderloin or ham - 500 g;
    • soft cheese - 100 g;
    • blue cheese - 30 g;
    • pine nuts and herbs for decoration;
    • coarse black pepper
    • salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the pork. For the preparation of rolls, choose a ham - it is more convenient to cut it into thin layers necessary for twisting the filling in them. Slice the meat across the muscle fibers. Beat the medallions on both sides, sprinkle with pepper and salt, rub and leave for an hour and a half. Use less than half of the salt you are used to, as salty bacon will give the pork some of the flavor.

Step 2

If using frozen green beans, defrost them and drain off excess moisture by placing them on a clean kitchen towel. Cook the beans until half cooked in a little salted water. Throw the prepared beans into a colander.

Step 3

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Choose soft types of cheese without a pronounced taste, its purpose is not to add spice to the dish, but to tie all the ingredients together so that the finished rolls do not fall apart. Shredded blue cheese such as Dorblu.

Step 4

Roll up the rolls. To do this, put several green beans on one part of the pork medallion. Make sure that the direction of the pods on the piece of meat is the same, so they will roll more easily. Place the grated cheese on top of the beans and add a few slices of blue cheese. Roll the pork medallion into a roll so that all the filling is inside. If the green beans are very long, cut off the ends.

Step 5

Gently take the roll in your hands and wrap it in a long piece of bacon. Secure the end of the bacon with a toothpick or thread, which will need to be removed after cooking. Place the prepared rolls on a greased baking sheet or baking dish. Cook in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Test the cooked pork by poking it through with a toothpick.

Step 6

Transfer the finished rolls to a flat plate, sprinkle with toasted pine nuts and garnish with herbs. Serve hot with a vegetable garnish and semi-sweet red wine.
