Celebrating children's first birthday is always very exciting. I would like this day to be special and memorable. Therefore, it is important to prepare the main attribute of the holiday - the birthday cake, using only products for baby food.
- 1 box of baby milk;
- 4 jars of baby curd (you can add fruit);
- about 30 pieces of baby cookies (it is important that they are whole);
- favorite fruits or berries of the kid for decoration (bananas, pears, kiwi).
1. First you need to take out all the whole cookies from the pack.
2. You will need 30 pieces (at the rate of 10 pieces per layer).
3. Prepare a flat plate on which to spread the cake.
4. Dip each cookie completely in milk for a couple of seconds.
5. Lay out the first layer of 10 cookies to make a rectangle or square.
6. Grease a layer of cookies with baby curd. You can also add a layer of banana slices.
7. Do the same with the remaining cookies to make two more layers.
8. Spread the remaining curd well over the top and sides of the cake.
Important! Do not make the cake too early, otherwise the cookies will turn into gruel. It is recommended to cook the cake 1-1.5 hours before the start of the celebration.
9. Leave the cake for half an hour, and then decorate with fruit to your liking and desire. You can put a beautiful candle in the shape of a unit.
Such a cake can be tasted by the birthday person himself, as well as by any kid who will be present at the holiday.
