Step 1

Pour a glass of kefir into a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda. It is not necessary to extinguish the soda - the reaction with the release of gas will occur due to the acid contained in kefir.

Mix 1 cup flour with ¾ cup granulated sugar, add cocoa powder. You can take a little less sugar or more, depending on how sweet you want the dessert.

Pour the mixture into the kefir little by little, stirring constantly with a whisk. Knead a homogeneous semi-liquid mass without lumps. Cover the bowl with a towel and leave the dough at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Pour the dough into a parchment-lined mold. For this amount of dough, a shape with a diameter of no more than 20 cm is better - then the finished cake can be cut into cakes. You can also bake the cakes separately by dividing the dough into equal parts. We bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, checking the readiness of the biscuit with a wooden splinter.

For the cream, mix softened butter with boiled condensed milk and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. You can add a little cocoa powder, then the cream will turn out to be chocolatey. For an even more dietary version of the cake, you can whip sour cream or cream with sugar, or use condensed milk without butter.
