  • - 3 tbsp. l. lemon juice
  • - 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil

  • - 500 g heavy cream
  • - half a glass of powdered sugar
  • - 1/2 teaspoon vanillin
  • - 1 kg of strawberries

Step 1

Separate the white from the yolk. Put the protein in a bowl for beating and leave for half an hour at room temperature.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a small bowl, beat the yolks until lightly thickened. Gradually add 3/4 cup sugar to the yolks and beat until smooth.

Gradually add lemon juice, water and vegetable oil to the yolks.

Take another bowl and mix flour and salt in it, then add all this to the yolk mixture. Mix everything thoroughly and put aside for a while.

Beat the whites with a mixer on medium speed. Gradually, one spoon at a time, add the remaining sugar and beat at high speed until a thick foam forms.

Add two large tablespoons of protein foam to the yolk mass, mix well.

Then add the remaining proteins to the yolks and mix, you can do this with a mixer at low speed.

Gently fill the baking dish with the mixture. Smooth the surface with a spoon.

Bake for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees, or until the cake starts to spring. The top of the cake should be a beautiful brown color, the main thing is not to overexpose it until it is deflated.

Quickly remove the finished biscuit from the mold and let it cool.

Filling: Whisk the cream in a large bowl until thick. Gradually add vanillin and sugar, whisking until thick.
