Walnuts have many beneficial properties. At the same time, you can make a delicious treat from nuts in just a few minutes. The recipe is simple enough and the nuts look great on the table as an appetizer or dessert.

- - buckwheat honey (25 ml);
- - chili pepper (1 g);

Step 1
Prepare the nuts first. This is the most crucial stage of cooking. Place the nuts on a flat surface, carefully sort and inspect each half. Remove excess husk and membranes.

Next, you need to prepare the icing for the nuts. Take a deep bowl, add honey, which should first be heated a little to a liquid consistency. Pour in the soy sauce, mix thoroughly with a whisk. Add all the spices to the honey-soy mixture and stir again.
Step 3
Place the walnuts in the caramel and bring to a boil on the stove. Remember to stir the sauce with the nuts periodically, as the dish may burn. After 3-5 minutes, remove the food from the hotplate and leave for a while.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with a layer of cooking foil. Using a spoon, place the halves of the nuts on a baking sheet, at least 1 cm apart. Place in an oven preheated to 150-160 degrees and bake for about 7 minutes.
Step 5
Be sure to keep an eye on the nuts to avoid scorching. At the end of cooking, open the oven, remove the baking sheet, leave to cool for 20 minutes. After that, remove each half from the foil and transfer to a dish or dry container with a lid.
