Apple pie with walnuts is an original, but very tasty and easy-to-prepare dessert that will not leave anyone indifferent.
You will need:
1) Flour - 250 gr.
2) Sugar - 200 gr.
3) Apples - 3 pcs.
4) Walnuts - 300 gr.
5) Vanillin - 0.5 tsp
6) Yeast - 0.5 tsp
7) Salt - 0.5 tsp
Step 1
First, let's prepare the dough. Mix eggs with sugar and beat with a mixer. The sugar should be completely dissolved.

Combine flour, salt, yeast and vanillin in a large bowl. Add the egg and sugar mixture. Mix everything gently.

Chop the walnuts and place them on a baking sheet. Bake the nuts in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes, turning occasionally. When the walnuts are golden brown, remove from the oven, sprinkle with salt and let cool.

Meanwhile, peel the apples and cut into cubes. Stir the nuts and fruits into the dough.

Grease a baking dish with butter, pour the dough into it and flatten. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Bake the cake for an hour or until golden brown.

Helpful advice
Before removing the pie from the oven, I advise you to check if it is done. To do this, take a toothpick and insert it into the middle of the cake. If there is dough left on it, then it is worth holding the baking in the oven for a little more. If the toothpick is dry, then the pie is ready.
