Homemade cakes are much tastier than purchased ones. Try this pear and raisin pie, you will love it.
- 300 gr. flour,
- 1/2 tsp fine salt,
- 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
- 100 g sour cream (30%),
- 150 g butter,
- 2 egg yolks,
- 1 tsp poppy.
- 1 lemon
- 2 large juicy pears,
- 100 g pitted yellow raisins
- 150 g Sahara,
- 100 g flour,
- 1 egg.
For the dough, mix flour with fine salt and powdered sugar. Grind the yolks with chilled sour cream. Add 1/3 flour, quickly knead the dough and refrigerate for one hour. Then divide the dough into two unequal parts, the larger of which is put into a greased baking dish.
Wash the lemon and chop it together with the zest, add 50 gr. sugar, stir and leave for half an hour. Wash, core and chop the pears. Scald the raisins with boiling water and dry. Beat the egg with the remaining sugar and flour. Add lemon, raisins, pears. Put the resulting mass on the dough. Cover everything with the rest of the sour cream dough, sprinkle with poppy seeds and send the cake to a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
