These pancakes are called red because they contain buckwheat flour, due to which the pancakes are darker than usual. Ghee, three types of flour and cheese make the pancakes very fragrant and creamy. During the frying process, they do not stick to the pan at all.
It is necessary
- - 1-1.5 glasses of milk;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of wheat flour;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of buckwheat and oat flour, ghee;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar;
- - 70 g of cheese;
- - 2 eggs;
- - vegetable oil, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix wheat flour with oatmeal and buckwheat. You can even make oatmeal and buckwheat flour yourself - it is enough to grind the oatmeal and buckwheat in a kitchen processor or coffee grinder, and then sift through a sieve.
Step 2
Add ghee, sugar, eggs and a pinch of salt to the three flours. Pour in milk, mix thoroughly so that no lumps form in the pancake dough. Let stand 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
Grate the cheese on a fine grater, send it to the present pancake dough. Stir again.
Step 4
Heat the frying pan, coat it with oil for the first pancake (then this is no longer required). Pour a portion of the dough, spreading it evenly over the surface of the pan. Bake until golden brown on one side, then gently turn over and fry until golden brown on the other.
Step 5
Place ready-made red pancakes with cheese in a stack on a plate. Serve hot immediately. These pancakes will be a nutritious full breakfast that will energize you and fill you up until lunchtime.
