It is necessary
- - 0.5 liters of milk;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 tbsp. granulated sugar;
- - 200 grams of flour;
- - 1 tsp slaked soda or 2 tsp. baking powder;
- - 2 tbsp. vegetable oil;
- - red food coloring;
- - jam, preserves, whipped cream, condensed milk or ice cream;
- - chocolate;
- - icing sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
In a saucepan or large bowl, beat eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix the resulting mass with milk and vegetable oil. Then add some red food coloring, hydrated soda, or baking powder. Stir in flour carefully so that no lumps form. Stir the dough with a mixer or whisk.
Step 2
Put a frying pan greased with a little vegetable oil on the fire. Wait a few minutes for it to warm up. Then, with a ladle, pour some dough into the middle of the pan and distribute it evenly over the entire surface. After a couple of minutes, turn the pancake with a spatula to the other side.
Step 3
Put the finished pancake on a plate and brush with butter. In the middle, put a little of your favorite jam, preserves, condensed milk or other filling. Roll the filled pancake into a tube or triangle.
Step 4
Cut out heart-shaped patterns from cardboard and place them on the rolled pancake as you see fit. Then sprinkle them with powdered sugar. When you remove the cardboard templates, you will see red hearts on a white background. You can decorate the pancakes with a chocolate "cobweb", which will add elegance and romance to the dish. Such unusual pancakes will pleasantly surprise your loved one.
