- - 500 g fat-free yogurt;
- - 0.5 liters of cream;
- - 10 g of gelatin;
- - 1 pineapple;
- - 200 g of sugar.
- For syrup:
- - 300 ml of water;
- - 300 g of sugar;
- - 2 pcs. carnations.

Step 1
Peel the pineapple. To cut in half. Squeeze juice from one half, and cut the other half into pieces.
Step 2
Next, we make the syrup. We boil water, sugar and cloves. Add squeezed pineapple juice there. The resulting syrup must be soaked in the biscuit. To add flavor, you can add zest to the syrup.
Step 3
Gelatin must be placed in cold water. Mix sugar with yogurt, stir until sugar dissolves. Whisk in the cream and add to the yogurt mixture.
Step 4
We take out the gelatin from the water, it must be held in a water bath in order for it to warm up. Then add it to the yogurt mixture. Mix everything, pour on a biscuit. Decorate with pineapple slices. To add shine, pour the remaining syrup on top of the biscuit. Leave in the refrigerator for a few hours.
