Very effective cake "Bead". It is made from seedless biscuits and grapes. In appearance, grapes are similar to olives, as the recipe uses canned grapes.

- - 15 g of gelatin;
- - 1 bag of jelly;
- - seedless grapes;
- - half a glass of sugar;
- - 10 pieces. crackers;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa powder.

Step 1
Dilute the jelly according to the instructions on the package, you can take jelly with any fruit flavor. Or make homemade jelly from gelatin, water and sugar, fruit and berry juices are added to taste (the amount is arbitrary by eye, gelatin dissolves in water, sugar and various fruit additives are added there). Place the jelly in the mold, and put the green canned grapes there. Refrigerate until solidified.
Step 2
Now dissolve the indicated amount of gelatin in water. Mix sour cream with sugar, cocoa powder. Beat until the sugar is completely dissolved, add the dissolved gelatin in a thin stream, without ceasing to beat the mass. Pour the sour cream over the frozen jelly with grapes, put the crackers on top - this is the future bottom of our original cake. Put it in the refrigerator.
Step 3
When the "Bead" cake is completely frozen, take it out of the refrigerator, dip the mold in hot water for a couple of seconds - this will make the jelly cake easier to pull out. Turn the finished cake onto a platter - here the crackers are left at the bottom, from above you can see grapes in jelly, beauty!
