Today we will make a very quick and delicious pie. This cake comes from childhood, because as a child, my grandmother often prepared it for us. This dessert is perfect for any occasion.

  • flour - 500 g
  • sugar - 200 g
  • butter - 100 g
  • honey - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • For the cream:
  • butter - 300 g
  • boiled condensed milk - 1 can
  • walnuts - 100 g
  • chocolate - 1 bar

Instructions

Step 1

Put butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan, heat all this over low heat, stirring constantly for 5-7 minutes until smooth, until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, add eggs and flour and stir quickly, then add soda and stir for another minute (it may seem that there is not enough flour, but you should not add more, warm dough absorbs a lot of flour and the dough will turn out tight from excess flour).

Step 2

Put the finished dough in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. Then put the dough out of the pan and roll out a plump tourniquet, which must be divided into 7-9 parts and rolled out to the size of the pan. Put the dough into a frying pan and bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 3-5 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and, while the cake is hot, it must be removed, because when it cools down, it will simply crumble. Place the cake on a plate and trim the edges. The same must be done with the rest of the cakes, we do not throw out the trimmings, they will still be useful to us.

While the cakes are cooling down, let's turn to the cream.

Put butter at room temperature in a bowl and beat with a mixer until fluffy, then put the boiled condensed milk, without stopping whipping. So the turn of our scraps has come, we grind them in any way convenient for you and mix with walnuts, pre-grinded in a blender.

Put the cooled crust on a dish, anoint with cream, on top of the second and so fold the whole cake. Anoint the top layer and sides of the cake with cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate, nuts with chopped scraps. The finished cake should be soaked for 6-8 hours.
