Any table can be made truly rich if you put a royal salad. Yes, this salad cannot be called cheap, but it can add luxury to the holiday. Shrimp, squid, salmon and red caviar - this mix will please not only loved ones, but also guests.
It is necessary
- - 600 grams of squid carcass,
- - 150 grams of salmon (lightly salted or smoked),
- - 200 grams of small shrimps,
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice
- - 1-2 cloves of garlic,
- - ground black pepper to taste,
- - 3 eggs,
- - 2 medium tomatoes,
- - 100 grams of mayonnaise,
- - 150 grams of red caviar,
- - greens for serving to taste,
- - 250 grams of ready-made tartlets.
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost squids, peel, rinse. Pour water into a saucepan, put on fire, after boiling, put squid in water, cook for 4 minutes. Place the squid in a colander and let the moisture drain (you can dry the squid with paper towels). Cut the squid into small cubes.
Step 2
Cut the salmon fillet into small cubes.
Step 3
Defrost the shrimp and drizzle with lemon juice. Peel a clove of garlic and finely grate, add to the shrimp, season with ground pepper. Marinate for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Boil eggs, then cool, peel and chop finely.
Step 5
Rinse the tomatoes, remove the skin in any convenient way, cut the pulp into small cubes, remove the excess juice.
Step 6
Mix all prepared ingredients in a cup, season with mayonnaise.
Step 7
Divide the salad into tartlets, garnish with red caviar and refrigerate for about an hour. Garnish the salad with fresh herbs before serving.
