A great idea for a tea party with friends!
It is necessary
- - 200 g of butter;
- - 170 g icing sugar;
- - a bag of vanilla sugar;
- - 200 g self-rising flour;
- - 60 g of corn flour;
- - 8 tbsp. oatmeal;
- - 100 g of chocolate;
- - 100 g of cranberries;
- - a couple of pinches of salt.
Instructions
Step 1
We take the oil out of the refrigerator so that it warms up to room temperature and becomes soft. Then beat it with a mixer until a fluffy creamy consistency with the addition of powdered sugar and a couple of pinches of salt.
Step 2
Chop the chocolate into small pieces with a knife. You can even use a coarse grater. Sift wheat and corn flour and mix with cereal in a large bowl. Stir in the butter cream little by little to the dry ingredients, then add the cranberries (if you take frozen - do not defrost!) And chocolate.
Step 3
Roll the dough into a sausage and put it in the refrigerator for an hour, wrapping it in cling film.
Step 4
Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and heat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the chilled blank into cookies about 1 cm thick and put it on a prepared baking sheet. Send them to a hot oven for 12-15 minutes: they should become golden brown! Cool slightly on a baking sheet, and then transfer to a wire rack until cooled completely.
