Delicious muffins with nuts, cheese and jam will be a great dessert for the whole family. The dish is prepared quickly and easily. The specified amount of food is enough for 10 servings.

- - soft processed cheese - 125 g;
- - flour - 2 glasses;
- - orange jam - 300 g;
- - sugar - 200 g;
- - icing sugar - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - salt - 2 tsp;
- - baking powder for dough - 2 tsp;
- - orange - 1 pc.;
- - walnuts (peeled) - 50 g;
- - vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - butter - 80 g;
- - milk 2, 5% - 150 ml;
- - egg - 1 pc.
Instructions
Step 1
Dough preparation. Combine flour, salt and baking powder.
Step 2
Remove the zest from the orange. Grind the nuts with a blender (or in a coffee grinder) until they are finely crumbled.
Step 3
Whisk the softened butter and sugar until creamy. Add the egg, orange zest, ground nuts and milk to the mixture. Stir. Then add flour in small portions. The dough should be soft and pliable. Leave the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Combine melted cheese with jam, stir.
Step 5
Grease the muffin tins with vegetable oil, fill half of the dough. Then put a mixture of cheese and jam (1-2 tsp) on the dough. Put some more dough on the filling, filling the molds 3/4 full. Bake muffins at 220 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove the prepared muffins from the molds, put them on a dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar and orange zest. Cupcakes are ready! Bon Appetit!
