Cupcake with cheese and herbs turns out to be pleasant to the taste, tender. Any cheese will do, but it should be hard. Thanks to herbs, the cupcake has a rich aroma that will bring the whole family together at the dinner table.

- - 150 ml of milk;
- - 50 g parmesan cheese;
- - 1 egg;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - Provencal herbs, salt, sugar, baking powder.

First, prepare all the required foods from the list. Herbs feel quite subtle nuance, you can add more of them - 1-2 teaspoons. If you already have Provencal herbs with salt, then you do not need to add salt to the dough. A pinch of sugar is required to balance the flavor. In general, this cake is a great platform for experiments, here you can add different ingredients - fresh herbs, sun-dried tomatoes, large pieces of cheese.

Let's start making the dough. Sift flour into a deep bowl, add a pinch of baking powder, sugar, provencal herbs and salt. Separately mix one chicken egg with milk, whisk lightly.
