Step 1

First, prepare all the required foods from the list. Herbs feel quite subtle nuance, you can add more of them - 1-2 teaspoons. If you already have Provencal herbs with salt, then you do not need to add salt to the dough. A pinch of sugar is required to balance the flavor.
