This light salad can be used as a stand-alone dish or served as a side dish with meat and fish dishes. A wide variety of herbs make this salad very healthy, and the original dressing adds piquancy to it.
It is necessary
- - small lettuce leaves;
- - a pinch of arugula;
- - a pinch of spinach;
- - a pinch of rocket salad;
- - ½ yellow sweet pepper;
- - 50 g of Fetax cheese;
- - olive oil;
- - 7-10 cherry tomatoes;
- - coarse sea salt and black pepper;
- - lemon juice.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the salad and herbs under running water, shake well and pat dry on a cloth. Then fold into a large salad bowl.
Step 2
Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut in half and add to the herbs. Put the soft cheese cut into large cubes there. Wash the bell pepper, cut it lengthwise into two halves, and then cut it across into strips. Place in a cup with the rest of the ingredients.
Step 3
Season the salad with coarse black pepper and sea salt, drizzle with olive oil and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Mix everything carefully and serve.
