Squid is a source of natural protein that is easily absorbed by the body. Squid salad with vegetables will become an integral part of your table, as it cooks quickly and tastes good.

- –Large squids (4-6 pcs.);
- - cheese (parmesan, Dutch, gouda);
- –Tomatoes with dense skin (2-4 pcs.);
- –Natural yoghurt;
- - olives (4-7 pcs.);
- –Low calorie mayonnaise;
- -salt;
- -dill.
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost the squids, remove the insides. Remember to remove the thin film from the surface of the meat. Place the squid carcasses in cold salted water and place on the hotplate. Please note that the squid meat is cooked for 2-5 minutes. Overcooked meat will be tough. Remove the foam from the surface of the water periodically.
Step 2
Remove the squid from the pan and quickly rinse with cold water. This must be done so that the remaining films on the carcass can be easily removed. Use a sharp knife to cut the squid meat into thin rings. Place in a bowl.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the flesh inside. Chop into cubes and place with the squid. Grate the cheese and mix with the resulting mass of squid and tomatoes.
Step 4
Mix natural yogurt and mayonnaise and season the dish. Put the salad in a bowl and sprinkle with dill on top, and place half of the olives in a circle around the edge.
