It is necessary
- - squid 3 carcasses;
- - salt 1 tsp;
- - sugar 1 tsp;
- - peppercorns 5-7 pcs;
- - 2-3 bay leaves;
- - vinegar 1 tablespoon;
- - long-grain rice 1 cup;
- - eggs 3 pcs;
- - dill;
- - green onions;
- - mayonnaise;
- - salt.

First you need to boil rice, eggs. Rice should be crumbly, it is better not to cook it a little than to overcook it. It is better to rinse it with cold water after cooking.
