Puff salad with pickled mushrooms
A simple but hearty and delicious recipe for a salad of pickled honey mushrooms, potatoes and eggs. It can be prepared for your household. But for a festive table, it is also quite suitable.
Products:
- pickled mushrooms - 250-300 g, - ham - 300 g, eggs - 2-3 pcs., - jacket potatoes - 3 pcs., - a bunch of green onions, - 3 tbsp. light mayonnaise.
Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes with the ham, chop the eggs (you can put them in a large mug and chop with a fork). Chop mushrooms and green onions.
Place all ingredients in a working bowl in layers, brushing each layer with mayonnaise. Layer order from bottom to top: pickled mushrooms, green onions, ham, potatoes, eggs. Then place the salad in the refrigerator to soak. Just before serving, turn the contents into a clean salad bowl so that the mushrooms are on top. A simple but tasty and effective salad is ready.
Chicken salad with pickled honey agarics
A hearty and at the same time vitamin recipe is perfect for a festive table on a summer day.
Products:
- ham, chicken fillet, - pickled mushrooms - 200 g each, - chicken eggs - 2 pcs., - onions - 1 pc., - tomato - 1 pc., - green lettuce leaves - 4-5 pcs., - salt, black pepper, mayonnaise - to taste, - greens for salad dressing.
Pre-boil the chicken fillet in salted water. Hard boil the eggs. Cut the ham into small pieces. Cool the eggs, peel and mash with a fork. Peel the onion and chop it into half rings. Cool the chicken fillet and cut into strips. Put all the ingredients except the tomatoes in a working salad bowl, pepper, salt, add mayonnaise and stir.
Take a flat dish, put lettuce leaves on it, put salad on top of them, decorate it with herbs and tomato slices in a circle. The dish can now be served.
Salad with pickled honey mushrooms, cheese and ham
This salad is distinguished by its special spicy, sophisticated taste, high calorie content and quick preparation. This recipe is best suited for a festive table in winter.
Products:
- red beans - 1 can, - ham - 200 g, - hard cheese 250 g, - pickled mushrooms - 250 g, - turnip onion - 1 pc., - medium-sized carrots - 1 pc., - olive oil - 1 tablespoon, - mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
Open a jar of beans and drain all the water. Do the same with pickled mushrooms. Place the mushrooms and beans in a salad bowl. Cut the ham into thin cubes and send it to the salad bowl after the beans.
Grate the carrots for Korean carrots, chop the onion and fry with the carrots in vegetable oil. Let cool and add to the rest of the ingredients. Season the salad with salt, mayonnaise and pepper. Stir and place in a nice salad bowl. Garnish with herbs and serve.
