    • - 200 g of sugar;

    • - vegetable oil;
    • - wooden spoon or spatula;
    • - stainless steel ladle;
    • - silicone molds or ice mold;
    • - ice.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the milk sugar molds by greasing them with vegetable oil.

Step 2

Pour milk into a ladle and put on fire, without bringing to a boil, add butter, sugar and honey. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly. It should boil down to about half and acquire a creamy caramel color. By this time, the mass will boil not in small bubbles, but slowly bursting large ones.

Step 3

Drop the mass on ice, roll the cooled down into a ball. If it is elastic, like plasticine, then the milk sugar is ready. Too liquid - cook some more.

Step 4

Cool the finished mass by lowering the ladle into a container with ice and cold water. Stir in the milk sugar with a wooden spoon until it lightens.

The mass will become thick and lose its viscous properties.

Step 5

Heat milk sugar over the lowest heat until plasticity appears, arrange in prepared molds.
