When the dough rises again, knead, divide into pieces and form small balls from them. Cover with a napkin and let rise for 10 minutes. Roll out the balls into tortillas, put the filling in the middle, join the edges and shape. We put on a baking sheet, pre-oiled, cover with a napkin and put in a warm place for 10-15 minutes.

We heat the oven to 180 ° C. We put dishes with water at the bottom. Before placing the baking sheet in the oven, gently grease the pies with a beaten egg. We bake the pies for 15-20 minutes.
