- 80 g sugar;
- 400 g flour;
- 50 g dates;
- 50 g of peanuts;
- 20 g frozen cherries;
- a bag of cinnamon;
- 80 g butter;

Instructions
Step 1
The key to delicious buns is properly prepared dough. Mix dry yeast with a teaspoon of sugar, pour a glass of warm milk into the mixture. Set the container aside in a warm place, wait until the liquid begins to foam.
Step 2
Add 50 grams of butter, half a teaspoon of salt, a pinch of vanillin and 2 tablespoons of sugar to the mixture. Stir everything and add flour. Knead the dough until smooth and loose from your hands. Don't make it too steep or the buns will be tough.
Step 3
Roll the finished dough into a ball, cover with a towel and place in the heat for about an hour. Watch the dough - it should double in volume.
Step 4
Prepare the filling. Cut the dates, after removing the seeds, divide the peanuts into halves. Add pitted, unfrozen cherries.
Step 5
Knead the dough again. Place it on a floured cutting surface. Roll out the cake. Melt 40 g butter and brush over the dough with a pastry brush. Sprinkle with sugar to taste.
Step 6
Spread frozen cherries, chopped dates and nuts evenly over the surface, sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Gently roll a tight roll out of the dough.
Step 7
Cut the roll into equal parts. Place the resulting rolls on a greased baking sheet, tightly, without gaps.
Step 8
Beat 1 egg in a saucer. Lubricate the surface of the buns with it, sprinkle with granulated sugar or vanilla sugar on top (no more than 1 tablespoon). Allow the baking to rest for about 20 minutes before baking.
Step 9
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Place the baking sheet in the oven for 20 minutes. Bake until golden brown.
Step 10
Remove the muffin from the oven and immediately remove from the baking sheet. Cover the buns with a towel and let them rest for at least 10 minutes. Ready-made pastry is served with freshly brewed tea or cold milk. Children love the warm ice cream buns.
