The recipe is quite simple and will not cause you any difficulties in preparation. This soup is perfect for an everyday menu.
Ingredients:
- 300 g of boiled doctor's sausage;
- 1 standard instant noodle briquette;
- 4 potatoes;
- 1 head of white onion;
- 3 bay leaves;
- 1 carrot.
Preparation:
- Switch on the multicooker to the "frying" mode. Pour odorless oil into a multicooker saucepan, while it heats up, cut a piece of doctor's sausage into thin strips.
- Put chopped boiled sausage in well-heated oil, stir and fry.
- At this time, peel the onion, cut it into small cubes, add to the sausage, fry for several minutes, stir the mixture periodically.
- Take small, medium-sized carrots, peel and grate coarsely.
- Attach the grated carrots to the products in a slow cooker, mix everything together, continue to fry.
- Take small potatoes too, peel them, wash them, cut them into strips or cubes as desired. Rinse the cut pieces in water to rinse off any starch that has exited.
- Add the potatoes to the multicooker pan, where vegetables and sausage are fried, throw the leaves of the lavrushka there and salt the whole mixture to taste.
- Pour two liters of clean drinking water, select the "soup" mode, close the lid, set the time for which all products will be completely ready (from 10 minutes).
- While the base is being prepared, take a regular packet (briquette) of instant noodles (for example, Rollton), put in an ordinary saucepan, you can, along with the accompanying seasonings.
- When the soup is ready in a slow cooker, pour it into a pot of noodles and let it brew for literally five minutes.
- For decoration, you can add a little chopped greens.
