Ingredients:

  • 1 carrot.

Preparation:

  1. Switch on the multicooker to the "frying" mode. Pour odorless oil into a multicooker saucepan, while it heats up, cut a piece of doctor's sausage into thin strips.
  2. Put chopped boiled sausage in well-heated oil, stir and fry.
  3. At this time, peel the onion, cut it into small cubes, add to the sausage, fry for several minutes, stir the mixture periodically.
  4. Take small, medium-sized carrots, peel and grate coarsely.
  5. Attach the grated carrots to the products in a slow cooker, mix everything together, continue to fry.
  6. Take small potatoes too, peel them, wash them, cut them into strips or cubes as desired. Rinse the cut pieces in water to rinse off any starch that has exited.
