Soup from hunting sausages, cooked in a slow cooker, turns out to be very tasty, rich and satisfying. Cooking this dish is very simple and quick, so even a novice housewife can easily cope with this process.

It is necessary

  • - 300 gr. hunting sausages;
  • - 1 head of onion;
  • - 1 carrot;
  • - 1 can of canned peas;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • - a few sprigs of dill;
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the onion, wash and cut into small pieces. Wash, peel and grate the carrots as well.

Step 2

Turn the multicooker into the "Frying" mode, add vegetable oil to the bowl and fry the onions and carrots in it for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Cut the hunting sausages into thin slices and add them to the cooked fry, then fry everything together for about 8 minutes.

Step 4

Switch the multicooker to the "Soup" mode and add 2.5 liters of boiled water to it.

Step 5

After the water boils, add potatoes, pre-peeled and cut into medium cubes, to the multicooker bowl, salt and seasonings to taste.

Step 6

After 15-20 minutes, add canned peas (without liquid) to the soup and cook for another 5 minutes.

Step 7

Beat the eggs a little and pour into the multicooker bowl, while stirring the soup so that the egg mixture does not curl up into a lump.

Step 8

Add finely chopped dill to the soup a few minutes before the end of the cooking program.
