Rolls "Boston" can be tasted in a Japanese restaurant, or you can try to cook it yourself. Avocado and salmon are the perfect combination for Japanese food lovers!
It is necessary
- - rice for sushi, 100 grams;
- - Californian mix, 50 grams;
- - salmon fillet, 50 grams;
- - nori, 1 piece;
- - rice vinegar, 1 spoon;
- - tomago-no-moto (mayonnaise for sushi), 1 spoon;
- - avocado, 1 piece;
- - cucumbers, 1 fresh;
- - green onions, to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Let's get started. First, rinse the rice - the water should be clear, fill it with cold water (one hundred grams of rice - one hundred fifty milliliters of water). Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer for ten minutes, then remove from the stove, hold under a closed lid for ten minutes.
Step 2
Then add rice vinegar (mix it with sugar and salt, heat to seventy degrees), stir with a wooden spatula, as if lifting the rice. Cool, but not completely - the rice should stay warm.
Step 3
Lay the rice evenly on top of the nori sheet, turn over, add thin strips of avocado and fresh cucumber and the Californian mixture. Roll up with a bamboo mat.
Step 4
Mix chopped salmon with mayonnaise, place on top, sprinkle with green onions. Cut the resulting Boston rolls into six pieces. Enjoy your meal!
