A very tasty, aromatic delicacy - chocolate biscuits with caramel filling. None of your relatives and friends can resist this. The recipe includes dark chocolate. It has a more bitter taste and a brighter aroma than dairy. This delicious ingredient is also very useful as it contains endorphins - substances responsible for feelings of joy and happiness. It is better to prepare caramel for the filling in advance and refrigerate for several hours so that it thickens well.

- 80 g dark chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 60 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 1 tbsp. spoon of cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- for caramel:
- 250 g sugar
- 30 ml of water
- 130 ml cream 40% fat
- 70 g butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Prepare the caramel first so that it can cool and thicken well.

In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water and place over low heat.

Put the oil to soften at room temperature.

Heat the sugar and water, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Increase heat and simmer the syrup until golden caramel. Cook for about 7-10 minutes.

Pour in the cream thinly. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir thoroughly.

Then add butter and stir until smooth. Add vanilla.

Place the saucepan in a bowl of cold water and whisk to chill.

Put the caramel in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours.

Prepare the dough. To do this, sift flour.
