The biscuits are crispy but not hard at all. Moderately sweet, has a coffee-caramel aroma, an ideal addition to a cup of coffee! Poppy seeds, nuts, or regular sugar can be used in place of sesame seeds.

- - 280 g flour;
- - 220 g of butter;
- - 25 g sesame;
- - 5 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of condensed milk;
- - 1 teaspoon of natural coffee.
Instructions
Step 1
Put a saucepan with a thick bottom on low heat, pour sugar into it, wait until it dissolves - the sugar should turn golden brown. Pour a spoonful of coffee, pour in the condensed milk, stirring the mass constantly. Stir until smooth, then remove the saucepan from heat while stirring.
Step 2
Add softened butter to the resulting mixture in several passes. Stir with a whisk, then put the mixture in the refrigerator to cool.
Step 3
Introduce sifted flour into the cooled mass, mix until smooth - the dough for future cookies is ready.
Step 4
Divide the finished dough into two parts, form sausages from both, wrap them in cling film, put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. The dough for caramel coffee cookies can be made in the evening to prepare and serve a warm treat in the morning for breakfast.
Step 5
Remove the chilled sausages from the dough, roll them in sesame, as if pressing them into it. Then cut the sausages into rings of about 1-1.5 cm, put on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, put in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Bake the caramel coffee cookies in sesame seeds for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Cool the finished cookies slightly and serve with a cup of coffee or tea.
